Welcome to Kayla Bowie Creative. By accessing or using our website, services, or purchasing products, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Services
Kayla Bowie Creative provides photography services, including weddings, couples, engagements, and lifestyle sessions. All services are subject to availability and may require a signed contract and retainer fee to confirm bookings.

2. Booking and Payments

A 25% non-refundable retainer and a signed contract are required to secure wedding bookings.
Full payment is required for regular sessions before the session date.
Travel fees may apply for locations beyond a 30-minute drive from our location.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations made by the client may result in forfeiture of the retainer fee.
Rescheduling is available based on availability and may incur additional fees.
In case of unforeseen circumstances, Kayla Bowie Creative reserves the right to reschedule or refund payments.

4. Copyright and Usage Rights

Kayla Bowie Creative retains full copyright to all images.
Clients receive a personal use license for downloading, printing, and sharing images.
Commercial use requires written permission.

5. Liability

Kayla Bowie Creative is not liable for damages beyond control, including weather or equipment failure.
Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the client.

6. Website Use

Content on this website is for informational purposes only.
Unauthorized use or reproduction of content is prohibited.

7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.

8. Changes to Terms
